Can I purchase your marshmallows directly from your website?
We are not currently selling our products direct to consumers.
Do you sell your products wholesale?
We are currently reviewing wholesale inquiries from nationwide retailers who wish to carry Madyson's Marshmallows or our private label products in all locations. Please contact us to inquire.
Food Allergy Concerns
All of our confections are produced in a facility where ingredients containing gluten are processed. However, many of our candies do not have wheat as a direct ingredient. Please double check ingredient listings. We do not recommend our products if you have severe allergies to tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, eggs, and dairy.
Our marshmallows are egg-free and we use a non high fructose syrup. We use a kosher beef gelatin and our products are certified Kosher-D by Kosher LA. Our marshmallows are not vegan and although many of our products are naturally gluten free, this is not a gluten-free facility.
Storage of Products
To maintain freshness, your marshmallows should be stored in a cool, dark place like a pantry or cupboard. They do not need to be refrigerated. If kept in original packaging, the shelf life of our product is 4-6 months, depending on the product. When opened, keep product in an air tight container for maximum freshness. As is natural with any type of marshmallow product, your marshmallows will harden with time and exposure to air.
We regret that we no longer operate a retail storefront and therefore our facility is not open to the public.
Will you donate to my school/charity?
We love supporting our community with donations of product when possible. Jo's Candies / Madyson's Marshmallows supports multiple community organizations and local schools. Donations requiring shipping must be paid for by the recipient. Jo's will contact you if we are able to support your donation request. Please note that we do not offer monetary donations at this time.
I'm interested in a custom private label program. Whom do I get in touch with?
We are an experienced private label partner. Typically, private label programs require at least 30,000 LB of volume and customarily exceed 100,000 LB per year. If this matches your needs, please contact us and we'll get in touch with you soon!
